Little Star Center is Indiana’s first center-based, applied behavior analysis facility opening in 2002. Little Star Center offers center-based, in-home, community and school transition programs for children, teens, and young adults with autism. The center has locations in Carmel, Lafayette and Bloomington, Indiana.
Ms. Carpenter is a member of Krieg DeVault’s Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice Group. Her practice is devoted primarily to commercial lending, banking, real estate, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. She has over 20 years of experience in commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, construction lending, letters of credit, leveraged acquisitions, real estate financings, subordinated financings, and ESOP transactions which require financing.
