Thomas N. Hutchinson, Partner and Chair within the firm’s Health Care Practice Group, has been selected to serve as a Health Law Section Leader in the role of Vice Chair of the Physician Issues Interest Group for the American Bar Association. Mr. Hutchinson will serve as a Health Law Section Leader for the 2017-2018 Bar Year, which begins September 1, 2017 and ends on August 31, 2018.

Mr. Hutchinson Chairs the firm's Health Care Practice Group and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. He also serves as the firm’s hiring partner as Chair of the Talent Acquisition Committee.
Mr. Hutchinson regularly works with for-profit and non-profit clients across the country, including health care startups, surgery centers, physician practice groups, and hospitals and health systems. His experience includes assisting clients with clinical integration strategies, helping health systems acquire physician practices, and developing new health care delivery models, such as on-site employer health centers, wellness clinics, and concierge and self-pay practices. He also has extensive experience with hospital/physician joint ventures, clinical co-management arrangements, professional services arrangements, and Stark Act and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance.
He is past Chair of the Health Law Sections of both the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
Mr. Hutchinson is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana and received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University.
