Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Shelley M. Jackson has joined the firm's Health Care and Labor & Employment practice groups as a partner. Ms. Jackson will concentrate her practice in the areas of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance; health care professional license defense; data privacy and security; and employment law on behalf of employers of all sizes.
Throughout her legal career, Ms. Jackson has represented clients in a wide range of matters involving a variety of state and federal regulatory frameworks and administrative bodies, including the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Office of the Inspector General, and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. She is also a seasoned litigator with more than a decade of risk management and litigation experience.
In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Jackson is active in her community and is involved in various civic and professional organizations. She frequently speaks and writes on health care and employment law topics.
Ms. Jackson is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and willcounsel clients from the firm's Carmel, Indiana office.
