Krieg DeVault LLP Welcomes Devin A. Zimmerman to Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Devin Zimmerman has joined the firm as an Associate in its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, where he focuses on business litigation.
Mr. Zimmerman represents businesses and fiduciaries in a wide range of litigation matters, including construction litigation, complex federal litigation, administrative law, civil rights claims, employment disputes, and general business disputes. His practice involves supporting clients throughout all phases of litigation, from legal research and drafting pleadings and motions to discovery and trial preparation, while working collaboratively with senior attorneys to advance case strategy.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Zimmerman gained experience in both private practice and the public sector, providing him with broad exposure to diverse litigation matters. His background includes assisting with construction-related disputes and other complex commercial matters involving multiple parties and legal issues.
Mr. Zimmerman earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society and was appointed to the Order of the Barristers following his participation in the Honorable Robert H. Staton Moot Court Competition. He received his B.S. in Journalism, with academic honors, from Ball State University.
He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Mr. Zimmerman is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
