David Buetow is a Partner in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, where he provides strategic counsel and representation in a broad range of complex commercial matters. His practice encompasses commercial litigation, employment law, real estate disputes, condominium law, and commercial loan workouts. Mr. Buetow is experienced in managing high-stakes matters involving foreclosures, deed-in-lieu transactions, and disputes concerning corporate governance and partnership agreements.
