Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Joshua Redman has joined the firm as a Senior Associate in its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation and appellate matters.
Mr. Redman represents businesses and professionals in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property related claims. His practice involves supporting clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and drafting pleadings and dispositive motions to discovery, trial preparation, and appeal.
In addition to his trial level experience, Mr. Redman has significant appellate experience, having drafted multiple appellate briefs in state and federal courts, including matters before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Illinois Appellate Court, and the Illinois Supreme Court. His background also includes managing large scale discovery efforts and supervising attorney teams on complex document review and eDiscovery matters, providing strategic support in proceedings involving complex legal and procedural issues.
Mr. Redman earned his J.D., with Honors in the Concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, from Boston University School of Law. He received his B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University.
He is admitted to practice in Illinois and New York, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
