Blake Holler focuses on litigation in the areas of construction, public and private infrastructure, trusts and estates, employment, healthcare, real estate, banking, and general business. Mr. Holler also advises dental and healthcare clients on risk management issues and resolutions. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Holler interned in the Southern District of Indiana federal court.
Mr. Holler currently serves as the Executive Partner of the firm's Carmel Office.
Representative Experience
- Lead counsel in victorious three day jury trial in defense of trustee of family trusts
- Co-lead counsel for employees in preliminary injunction lawsuit pertaining to non-competition employment agreement
- Delivering opening statements in jury and bench trials
- Performing direct examination and cross examination of witnesses in jury and bench trials
- Drafting and preparing briefs, motions and memoranda in state and federal court
- Drafting and arguing successful summary judgment motions in state court
- Coordinating extensive complex electronic and physical document discovery
- Taking and defending depositions for proceedings in state and federal court
- Performing extensive legal research in a multitude of areas involved in civil litigation for plaintiffs and defendants
- Preparing extensive physical exhibits and demonstrative exhibits for trial
