Caleb Perez concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, renewable energy, and corporate law. Caleb represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters and joint ventures, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of real estate. In his corporate practice, he supports clients in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, governance and compliance issues, and entity formation and organization. Caleb also has experience in renewable energy projects, including developments and debt and tax equity financings of utility-scale wind and solar energy projects.
