Kathryn Tomey

Kathryn Tomey focuses her practice in the area of commercial and real estate lending with an emphasis in finance and real estate. Ms. Tomey has represented lenders in multi-family housing deals throughout the country. She also has extensive work on title and survey for multi-family housing projects and also has experience in bankruptcy and health law. 

Ms. Tomey's professional experience includes serving as an Associate in Commercial Finance and Banking in Indianapolis. In addition, she served as a Law Clerk for Judge James Carr of the Federal Bankruptcy Court, S.D. of Indiana.
