Morgan Cleary is an Associate in the firm's Litigation and Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practices. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Cleary served as a law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She has also served as a law clerk for the Goldwater Institute and the Office of the Indiana Attorney General.
Ms. Cleary has previously served as a Summer Associate with Krieg DeVault for a variety of Practices including Litigation, Business Services, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, and Governmental Affairs. She also served as a judicial extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to law school, Ms. Cleary served as the Senior Digital Coordinator and Communications Assistant for the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
