Krieg DeVault Announces 2017 Senior Associate Promotions

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce the promotions of five attorneys to Senior Associates – William J. Barkimer, Blake P. Holler, Meghan M. Linvill McNab, Terry A. Oznick, and Lauren C. Sorrell. Prior to becoming Senior Associates with the firm, all served as Associates with Krieg DeVault in their respective practices.
ABOUT THE SENIOR ASSOCIATES
William J. Barkimer (Carmel Office) - William Barkimer is an attorney in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Barkimer concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, tort claims, and contractual disputes. Mr. Barkimer's litigation experience spans more than eight years. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, he served as an attorney litigating a variety of cases throughout the state of Indiana involving creditor's rights and civil collections, insurance defense, personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, mechanic liens, and collections.
Blake P. Holler (Carmel Office) - Blake Holler is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, focusing on litigation in areas of construction, real estate, employment and general business. Mr. Holler also advises clients on issues pertaining to contract disputes and resolutions. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Holler interned in the Southern District of Indiana federal court.
Meghan M. Linvill McNab (Indianapolis Office) - Meghan Linvill McNab is a member of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and concentrates her practice in the area of Medicare and Medicaid program reimbursement. Ms. McNab represents a variety of health care providers in areas including Medicare and Medicaid program reimbursement, HIPAA Privacy and Security compliance, and various other regulatory issues. Prior to counseling the firm's Health Care clients, Ms. McNab was a senior healthcare consultant working in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and cost reporting. In addition to being an attorney, Ms. McNab is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Terry A. Oznick (Indianapolis Office) - Terry Oznick is a member of the firm's Financial Institutions and Business, Acquisitions & Securities Practice Groups. Mr. Oznick concentrates his practice in the areas of regulatory advising and traditional banking matters, including operational issues, cash management products and electronic banking. Mr. Oznick's extensive experience in the financial institutions industry spans several years, including in house counsel positions at Citibank, N.A., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A, and serving as a Law Clerk at Cambridge Savings Bank. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Oznick most recently served as Senior Counsel and Vice President of Citibank, N.A. where he supported Treasury and Trade Solutions lines of business and provided guidance on all legal issues relating to commercial depository relationships and Citibank's associated product offerings. Additionally, during Mr. Oznick's 5 years serving as Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., he supported the bank's U.S. Treasury Services business, serving as a key advisor to operations, sales, customer service and product partners.
Lauren C. Sorrell (Indianapolis Office) - Lauren Sorrell is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Practice Groups. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Sorrell served as a Judicial Intern in Indiana state and federal court. Both of these opportunities helped to assist clients in that they provided experience with the litigation process and the judicial perspective. She also gained significant experience while working as a Summer Associate with Krieg DeVault in 2011. Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Sorrell worked in business settings in various industries in Indianapolis and Chicago with a focus on corporate marketing.
