Krieg DeVault Announces 2020 Partners - Meghan M. Linvill McNab and Shannon L. Noder

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce the partnership of two attorneys – Meghan M. Linvill McNab (Indianapolis, IN office) and Shannon L. Noder (Merrillville, IN office). Prior to their partnership promotions, both McNab and Noder served as Senior Associates with Krieg DeVault in their respective practices.
McNab, also a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and concentrates her practice in the area of Medicare and Medicaid program reimbursement and compliance matters. She represents a variety of health care providers in areas including Medicare and Medicaid program reimbursement, Medicaid reform initiatives, regulatory compliance, licensure and survey actions, and various other regulatory issues.
Noder is a member of the firm's Litigation and Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Groups. Her practice is focused on civil litigation. While she has experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes and premises liability matters, the majority of her practice is dedicated to the defense of hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice cases and protecting creditors’ rights in collection, foreclosure, and bankruptcy litigation.
Both McNab and Noder are active members in their professional and personal communities. McNab currently holds membership with the Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Indiana Certified Public Accountants Society, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Leadership Health Care, and Nashville Cable.
Noder currently serves as a Board Member of the Legacy Foundation in Merrillville, Indiana and is an active member of the Guild of the St. Joseph’s Home. Both McNab and Noder are currently recognized as Rising Stars by Indiana Super Lawyers.
