Chris Long retired from Krieg DeVault LLP at the end of 2024. Mr. Long practiced law for over 35 years, focusing on complex real estate transactions and business organization planning. He represented developers of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial parks, as well as residential developers working on condominiums, subdivisions, and undeveloped land. Chris’s practice encompassed all aspects of real estate, including leasing, property acquisition, financing, zoning, and like-kind exchanges. He also worked extensively with commercial and real estate lending institutions and advised clients on the formation of limited liability companies.
