David A. Bowen Joins Krieg DeVault’s Financial Institution Practice

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that David A. Bowen has joined the firm's Financial Institutions Practice. Mr. Bowen joins the firm with extensive experience in the financial services industry having most recently served as Deputy General Counsel for the national consumer finance lender, One Main Financial. Mr. Bowen will focus his practice on regulatory compliance, consumer lending, commercial transactions, corporate governance, privacy, and cybersecurity issues.

He is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law and admitted to practice in Illinois.
