Ted Peters is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, focusing on complex construction and engineering disputes. With substantial experience at both the trial and appellate levels, Mr. Peters represents clients in multi-party litigation involving industrial, governmental, and commercial building projects. His practice includes navigating disputes related to construction defects, project delays, contractual claims, and insurance coverage matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Peters built a successful practice representing contractors, engineers, owners, and insurers in litigation involving large-scale construction and engineering projects across the United States. His experience spans industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, and commercial developments, where he has addressed issues ranging from liability and risk allocation to contract enforcement and claims management.
