Corben A. Lee Joins Krieg DeVault's Business, Acquisitions, and Securities and Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Groups

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Corben A. Lee has joined the Firm’s Business, Acquisitions, and Securities and Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Groups as an associate. Mr. Lee concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counsel.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has advised emerging growth companies in organizing and conducting unregistered securities offerings, and provided counsel to new businesses including ownership structure, drafting organizational documents for corporations, limited liability companies, and other entity types. He has also assisted companies in both the acquisition and sale of a business, and has advised and assisted emerging growth companies regarding issuing equity incentives and corresponding plans.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Lee served as an associate attorney at an Indiana law firm concentrating in numerous aspects of business and corporate law. He is a 2015 graduate of University of Notre Dame Law School, and will counsel clients from the Firm’s Indianapolis headquarters.
