Experienced Litigator Norman T. Funk Joins Krieg DeVault

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that attorney Norman T. “Tom” Funk has recently joined Krieg DeVault in an Of Counsel capacity. Mr. Funk will be a key member of the firm’s growing 54 member Litigation practice. Mr. Funk will concentrate his practice in the areas of commercial and tort litigation.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Funk served as a long-time named partner with the Indianapolis law firm of Hill Fulwider McDowell Funk & Matthews. He has been recognized as one the Top 50 Lawyers in Indiana and was the recipient of the 2008 Civility Award from the Indiana State Bar Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Funk is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana as well as the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Claims Court, and United States Supreme Court. He will counsel clients from the firm’s Indianapolis headquarters.
