Long-Time South Bend Litigator, Mark D. Boveri, Joins Krieg DeVault's South Bend / Mishawaka Office

South Bend / Mishawaka, IN - Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that prominent South Bend litigation attorney Mark D. Boveri has joined the firm’s South Bend / Mishawaka office as a Partner. Boveri, previously a name partner at Boveri Murphy Rice, LLP in South Bend, brings nearly 30 years of litigation experience to the firm’s growing South Bend / Mishawaka office.
Mr. Boveri will be a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, now 59 members strong, and will focus his practice in representing the firm’s diverse client base in all areas of commercial litigation.

During his career, Boveri has had lead responsibility for client matters in jury and bench trials conducted in the federal and state courts of Indiana, Michigan, and New Mexico, in federal and state appellate courts, before arbitration panels, and in mediations. Mr. Boveri’s clients have included national, regional, and local businesses, including manufacturers, developers, insurers, retailers, and construction companies, as well as multiple local governmental offices.
