Nicholas D. Strom Joins Krieg DeVault's Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Practice Group

Krieg DeVault is proud to announce that Nicholas D. Strom has joined the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Practice Group, as an Associate. He focuses his efforts in the areas of commercial and residential foreclosures and workouts, title insurance litigation, bankruptcy litigation and other commercial litigation matters related to creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
Mr. Strom’s professional experience encompasses commercial litigation, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, insurance defense and general contractual disputes. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, he worked for Perl & Goodsnyder, Ltd. where he managed diverse commercial litigation matters and represented lenders in commercial foreclosure and forcible entry and detainer actions. Mr. Strom gained valuable experience in the creditors’ rights field while he worked as an associate attorney for Chapter 7 Trustee David Leibowitz and as an associate attorney at Burke, Costanza & Carberry LLP.
Mr. Strom is a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana and will assist clients from the firm’s Chicago location.
