Partner Shelley M. Jackson Named a Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Bar Association

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Partner Shelley M. Jackson has been chosen to serve as a Vice President on the 2022 Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Bar Association (IndyBar). Ms. Jackson, a long-time member of IndyBar, has been integrally involved in past leadership roles and initiatives. She most recently served as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Accountability Director before becoming one of five Vice Presidents named to the Board. Her key area of responsibility will be to provide strategic support for IndyBar’s ongoing DEI efforts.
IndyBar plays a significant role in providing for the needs of Indianapolis legal professionals, serving members, promoting justice, and enhancing the legal profession. IndyBar empowers its members to never stop learning, to make a difference in the community, to lead by example, to provide a voice for the profession, and to build a network of professional and personal contacts.
Ms. Jackson concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, employment law, professional license defense, and data privacy and security. Whether providing day-to-day advice, navigating disputes, or representing clients in high stakes matters, Shelley combines broad substantive expertise with cost-effective, practical strategies. She routinely advises and represents health care and employment law clients in compliance and enforcement matters before various regulatory agencies. Ms. Jackson is a 2007 graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
