The Indiana Lawyer Names Senior Associate Sarah E. Jones a 2021 Up and Coming Lawyer

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Senior Associate Sarah E. Jones has been named a 2021 recipient of The Indiana Lawyer’s Leadership in Law Up and Coming Lawyer Award. Ms. Jones was among 15 recipients honored at a recent breakfast reception sponsored by The Indiana Lawyer.
The Indiana Lawyer annually honors members of the legal profession who have shown a commitment to their peers and the clients they serve with the Leadership in Law Up and Coming Lawyer Award. As part of the selection criteria, each honoree was asked to answer a series of questions on topics including professional achievements, leadership in the legal industry, and community involvement.

Sarah Jones has served as an attorney with Krieg DeVault since 2015. She concentrates her practice in a blend of corporate and real estate transactions for a variety of established and start-up companies, banks, and individuals. Her practice includes corporate transactions such as entity formation and organization, stock and asset sales, mergers, reorganizations, joint ventures, and other general business matters. Ms. Jones’ experience also focuses on representation of landlords and tenants for leasing matters, and assisting developers, purchasers, and sellers with development, acquisitions and divestitures of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Jones was a Risk Assurance Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC where she worked with business and IT control structures and governance matters within the healthcare, financial services, and consumer products industries. In addition to her J.D., Ms. Jones also obtained an M.B.A. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
