Virginia Talley Joins Krieg DeVault's Business Practice

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Virginia A. Talley has joined our firm. Ms. Talley assists clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions transactions, secured loan transactions, contract drafting and interpretation and other general business matters.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Talley gained professional experience as a compliance analyst for data and cybersecurity matters, as well as national accreditation programs for domestic and international companies. Ms. Talley has also served as a small business advisor and advocate, where she assisted with various matters, including business formation, employment and immigration matters, regulatory compliance, administrative appeals, and general marketing strategies. Ms. Talley began her career with Krieg DeVault as a Summer Associate, assisting the firm’s attorneys and clients with various business needs, secured loan transactions and contract drafting and interpretation.
Ms. Talley graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
