Julie Bolling concentrates her public finance practice in the areas of acting as bond counsel, bank counsel and/or underwriter's counsel in a wide variety of bond issues including traditional general obligation bonds, economic development revenue bonds, school building corporation lease/rental bonds and municipal lease/rental bonds. In connection therewith, Ms. Bolling provides advice to commercial banks, investment banks, nonprofit organizations, school corporations and manufacturers.
Representative Experience
- Acted as bond counsel and bank counsel in connection with various multi-million dollar general obligation bonds, lease rental bonds, and water and wastewater bonds for various municipalities throughout the State of Indiana
- Acted as bond counsel and bank counsel in connection with multi-million dollar transactions for various non-profits throughout the State of Indiana.
- Acted as bond counsel and bank counsel in connection with multi-million dollar transactions for various charter school facilities throughout the State of Indiana
- Acted as bond counsel, bank counsel and/or underwriter’s counsel in connection with multi-million dollar transactions for various manufacturing facilities throughout the State of Indiana
- Acted as issuer’s counsel in connection with various multi-million dollar transactions for hospitals, institutions for higher education, senior living facilities and charter schools throughout the State of Indiana
- Acted as bond counsel in connection with $30,000,000 Solid Waste Revenue Bonds for national waste and environmental services provider
- Acted as bond counsel in connection with multiple direct purchase, qualified tax-exempt obligation transactions for county hospitals across the State of Indiana
- Acted as bond and bank counsel in connection with bond transaction for local recreational youth sports complex
- Acted as bank counsel in connection with multiple bond transactions for local cultural institution
