Ken Chigges focuses his practice on public and municipal finance, commercial real estate, and business transactions. He advises governmental entities, public agencies, underwriters, financial institutions, and project developers on a broad spectrum of public finance matters, including capital projects, economic development initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and complex financing structures. His experience includes supporting clients through tax exempt and taxable financing, public private partnerships, and transactions involving redevelopment and municipal utility operations.

Ken also maintains a robust commercial real estate practice, representing developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in matters involving development, acquisitions, leasing, financing, and dispositions. In addition, he has significant experience guiding clients through contractual disputes, bankruptcies, liquidations, and Section 363 asset sales, as well as other creditors’ rights issues.

Across both public finance and real estate work, Ken routinely assists clients in negotiating and documenting complex transactions, ensuring practical, solutions oriented guidance tailored to the needs of governmental bodies, private entities, and institutional stakeholders.
