Michael A. Moffatt Jr.

Michael A. Moffatt Jr. is an Associate with the firm's Litigation Practice. Mr. Moffatt primarily devotes his practice to commercial litigation matters focusing on legal research and writing. 

Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Moffatt served as an Associate Attorney at a Midwest law firm concentrating in insurance defense litigation. He has also worked at the Indiana Court of Appeals under Judge Margret Robb as a Judicial Law Clerk conducting legal research and drafting appellate opinions. Mr. Moffatt also has experience working in the Marion County Commercial Court under Judge Heather Welch and the Indiana Supreme Court under Justice Steven David. Mr. Moffatt is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He joins the firm's Indianapolis office.
