Thomas Abrams is an Associate in the Firm's Health Care Practice. Thomas advises clients on
physician employment agreements (physician and employer side), professional licensure issues and consumer complaints, health information privacy (HIPAA), health care mergers and acquisitions, state privacy laws and the NIS2 Directive, reproductive health care law, health care fraud and abuse laws (including the Anti-kickback and Stark Law compliance), and pharmacy matters. Thomas also assists clients with entity formation, general corporate matters, and the Corporate Transparency Act and beneficial ownership information filings.
In addition to his legal practice, Thomas also has internship experience with a state health information exchange, a large nonprofit health system, and an accounting firm.
