Alex Eads is an associate in Krieg DeVault’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practices. Alex concentrates his practice on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), ESOP transactions, and employee benefit matters.
Before joining Krieg DeVault as an associate, Alex was a summer associate at Krieg DeVault and interned for an Indiana Court of Appeals Judge. Prior to working in the legal profession, Alex worked in public accounting where he provided business valuation and consultation services to clients for ESOP, financing, and transactional purposes.
Alex also holds a CPA license (inactive) in Indiana.
