John Baxter serves as Chair of the Firm's Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice. His practice focuses in the areas of real estate finance and development. Mr. Baxter represents construction and permanent real estate lenders, commercial real estate developers, and developers of multi-family and single-family residential projects. Mr. Baxter previously served for several years on the Firm's five-member Executive Committee.
