Joshua A. Redman

Joshua Redman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing businesses and professionals in state and federal courts at every stage of litigation. He handles matters from initial case assessment through trial and appeal, with experience spanning contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property related claims. His practice includes drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, and managing all aspects of trial preparation.
