Shomshon Moskowitz focuses his practice on commercial litigation, construction law, civil litigation, and class action defense. He represents business owners, contractors, design professionals, and individuals in matters involving breach of contract, mechanics liens, delays, construction defects, and non-conforming work. Mr. Moskowitz also advises mortgage lenders, financial institutions, and national corporations in individual and consumer class actions in both state and federal courts. His experience extends to business-to-business disputes, partnership and shareholder conflicts, property disputes, injunctions, financial exploitation claims, and fraud cases.

Mr. Moskowitz has experience in resolving complex construction disputes, including multimillion-dollar claims, mechanics lien matters, and defending against fraud allegations. He has also handled a wide range of commercial and civil cases, including product liability, professional liability, and nursing home defense, as well as claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Illinois Consumer Fraud Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
